Here is an expenditure that comes from nowhere.

I know of no residents (except Knaup) who have asked for or even thought about spending OUR money on such things.   There are many more important thngs we can do with our funds (most important of which is to lower our maint fee and make our property for saleable.).   If Knaup thinks that there is a need for such an expense then let him produce a list of people who want it on the West side and let the West side "upgrade" their property with security cameras.

ANOTHER 'POSITIVE' RANT FROM THE LIKES OF FRED 'HARRY REID' KEATS. ALWAYS THE FIRST WITH SARCASTIC, BUT UNREALISTIC COMMENTS, IN FACT ILLUSTRATING MISERLY CONCERNS.

 BARGAIN BASEMENT CONDOS USUALLY 'SKIMP' ON ITEMS LIKE SECURITY CAMS, BUT QUALITY CONDOS ON THE 'MILE', MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THEM.

AS THE WOMAN IN THE CONDO JUST SOUTH OF US FOUND( WHEN ROBBED AND BOUND AND THREATENED WITH BEING SHOT), THIS DETERRENT MIGHT HAVE HELPED THE POLICE. IN FACT, THE BOARD  OF HER CONDO IS NOW BEING SUED BY HER FOR NEGLECTING TO
