Hello All - A friend of mine is looking for a 1 BR apartment (minimum) to rent in the very near future.  He is a retired Orange County Sheriff who worked with my brother (also an Orange County Sheriff) for many years.  He is like a brother to me, and someone I would highly recommend as a tenant.  If you know of anyone intereseted in the long term rental of their unit, please let them know his contact information.

Update - Charley & I decided this was too good of an opportunity to rent our unit to a known and trusted friend so Mike Foreman is in the process of applying for approval to rent our unit. We are sad to have to do this, but as little time as we have to use the unit, this makes the most financial sense for us. Hopefully this will only be for a year, maybe two because I am so ready for semi-retirement!
