The Hillsboro Imperial Condominium is located roughly one mile south of the Deerfield Beach Pier.  The community consists of two buildings (East and West side) providing access to the intracoastal as well as the Atlantic Ocean.  

After Hurricane Wilma came through in the fall of 2005, the owners have come together to rebuild and update the building, amenities and lifestyle of this great community.  Concrete restoration, new paint, new elevators, new putting green, brick paver parking lots and professional landscaping were completed to give our community a nice new look.
